Refund policy

We accept returns within 10 days of purchase on items that are unopened, unused, and in original sellable condition.

Due to the nature of our products, opened blind box items cannot be returned or refunded. Because the contents are revealed only after opening, we cannot accept returns based on dissatisfaction with the item received inside. Any item that has been opened, damaged, or altered is not eligible for return.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number. Approved returns must be sent back unopened and in original, resellable condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
